Are you yourself or perhaps a peer  interested in becoming more involved with the IIDA Great Plains Chapter? It is time again to NOMINATE and APPLY for Chapter Leadership.
 
NOMINATIONS DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 27, 2026
APPLICATION DEADLINE: MARCH 6, 2026

Open positions include President Elect, Vice Presidents, Directors, and  Committee Members. These individuals work together to develop events, programs, and initiatives to advance the local interior design profession.
 
Are you an experienced professional that has limited time but want to stay involved? The Advisory Committee is for you!

OPEN POSITIONS:

• President-Elect: Treasurer of the Chapter. Successor to President and Past-President
• VP of Advocacy Nebraska: Responsible for the legislative and regulatory affairs of the Chapter within the state of Nebraska.
• VP of Professional Development: Responsible for development of Member professional education programs for the Chapter.
• VP of Membership:  Responsible for Member recruitment and retention,  benefits, and services.
• VP of Sponsorship: Responsible for recruitment and maintenance of Sponsors on  an annual basis, and any additional fundraising programs.
• VP of Student Affairs:  Responsible for the development and engagement  of student campus centers.
• VP of Des Moines City Center: Responsible for the leadership, operations, and  programs within Des Moines.
• VP of South Dakota City Center: Responsible for the leadership, operations,  and programs within South Dakota.
