Schedule of events as follows:

2:00 PM: Project Tour at Varsity Cinema by RDG - Popcorn and a drink provided!

4:30 PM : Happy Hour Begins at Willow on Grand with all remaining events to follow at same location

6:00 PM : Dinner is Served...Ole!

7-9 PM : Awards Ceremony - Please dress to impress!

9 PM : After Party

The remainder of the evening, including Happy Hour, Dinner, Awards and After Party will all be at Willow on Grand, 6011 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50312.

Ample parking onsite.

Additional Details: 

Hotel Recommendations:  Hotel Fort Des Moines, Surety, Hotel Renovo, and The Rewind West are all within a 10-15 minute drive from the event space.

Please note that while no official hotel blocks have been made, all hotels arereasonably priced and have been chosen based on their representation of the Des Moines area.
