In this presentation, Dr. Helen Fagan shares about her life experiences that led to her
researching, teaching, and leading inclusive practices at several organizations. Participants learn about the many dimensions of diversity and how diversity is an asset
to organizational performance. She discusses how leaders that acknowledge and
support differences can drive incredible outcomes including increased trust, innovation, motivation, job satisfaction, and more.

Through our research and neuroscience, Helen demonstrates the skills and behaviors of inclusive leaders using emotional intelligence that are necessary to drive the
organization’s strategic goals.

Participants will learn to lean into curiosity, expand their understanding of diversity, and
be challenged to envision how they can embrace emotional intelligence as a vehicle for creating an inclusive and innovate space.

CEU is (1) HSW credit.
