Join us for Common Grounds, a casual coffee meet-up designed to bring our community together around shared experiences and meaningful conversation. Common Grounds is about connection. Gathering over coffee to talk about topics we have in common, learn from one another, and build relationships across our industry.

For this session, we're excited to welcome Ramona Wink, who will help facilitate an open discussion centered on Leadership Development. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared to share, listen, and engage in conversation around leadership-related topics that resonate with them - whether that's personal growth, leading through change, workplace culture, or lessons learned along the way. Spots are limited to the first 10 people who register, so don't delay!

About our Facilitator: Ramona Wink is a licensed mental health counselor, motivational speaker and business consultant with 515 Therapy and Consulting in West Des Moines. 515 Therapy and Consulting has been named Metros Best Counseling Center for two years in a row. As a therapist, Ramona sees adults and leads groups. As a motivational speaker, she teaches on how mental wellness impacts workplace environments. As a business consultant, she provides consulting and on-site coaching for employees of companies she partners with. Ramona is also a Vistage chair. Vistage is the world's leading peer advisory group for CEOs from non-competing industries. Her group is comprised of 14 CEOs from Central Iowa.
