Join us for a tour of  Community State Bank's new corporate headquarters in Ankeny.  

This four-story, approximately 71,000 SF building is designed to bring employees, customers, and the community together.  Purposefully created to enhance collaboration, the space consolidates key departments under one roof while supporting future growth.

The design balances sophistication and warmth through a thoughtful mix of materials, highlighted by a striking grand staircase and an inviting, community-focused lobby.  Flexible meeting spaces, a 162-seat learning  center, and hospitality-driven amenities like "The Refresh" extend  the building's impact beyond daily operations, offering spaces for community  events and connection.

This tour will explore how intentional design supports both workplace  functionality and Community State Bank's mission to serve as a true community  partner.
