FNBO Customer Experience

The client approached us with a vision to craft an exquisite hospitality space that serves as a premier venue for internal corporate events, meetings and partner tours while embodying both a distinguished business legacy and a visionary, forward-looking culture. Our task was to design a flexible environment capable of seamlessly transforming into a captivating experience that can be tailored to each unique event held on the floor. Furthermore, we were challenged to create versatile spaces accommodating meetings of different scales and formats, while ensuring the capability to incorporate meals and beverages as desired. Additionally, our objective was to showcase the rich history of FNBO without evoking a conventional museum-like atmosphere. In the corridors and immersive areas, we purposefully employed a neutral palette, providing the flexibility to customize the space effortlessly. Our approach revolved around the concept of discovery, which guided our selection of colors and materials for each distinct room and meeting area. We curated captivating experiences and storytelling opportunities throughout the floor by incorporating striking contrasts. Balancing the bank's progressive culture with a respectful nod to its rich tradition and foundation presented us with a compelling challenge. We artfully blended modern aesthetics with traditional elements to achieve this delicate equilibrium. Incorporating classic design features like V-groove wainscoting, crown molding, arched openings and decorative trims, instilled a sense of timeless elegance. Simultaneously, we infused the space with a contemporary, vibrant color palette and seamlessly integrated technology at every opportunity, harmonizing the best of both worlds. The result is a captivating fusion of the bank's esteemed heritage and a fresh, forward-looking atmosphere. At the heart of this floor's remarkable versatility lies the seamless integration of cutting-edge technology. With three expansive LED screens serving as focal points and complemented by standard 98" screens throughout, the client gains the power to craft immersive experiences for their esteemed customers and partners. These experiences can be easily programmed and dynamically altered to suit evolving needs. The incorporation of state-of-the-art technology empowers the client to deliver exceptional and adaptable experiences within each room. To pay homage to their illustrious history, we approached the task with finesse, ensuring a seamless integration of celebratory elements within the space's architecture and overall aesthetic. Through carefully curated design choices, we artfully incorporated subtle touches that accentuated their significance. By harmonizing these historical elements with the overall ambiance, we created an immersive experience that honored the past while remaining cohesive with the space's overall design narrative.
