Company Description
Conceptual Designs, Inc., is a full-service Interior Design and Interior Architecture firm. We are not architects but are trained, experienced, and licensed to provide design services for light-medium duty interior fit-outs and interior remodels. We are licensed in the States of Iowa and Illinois to stamp and seal our documents for construction. We specialize in designing commercial remodels and expansion projects, as well as high-end residential projects in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas.
As a woman-owned firm, our team includes highly qualified designers, among whom is a registered designer certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). This qualification ensures quality and adherence to public safety standards. Our portfolio spans a variety of projects including restaurants, offices, casinos, physician offices, advertising agencies, banks, and credit unions. We pride ourselves on providing unique, budget-conscious design solutions for reasonable design fees.
